Walkinshaw Park is a 40-year-old industrial asset, now reimagined as a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Though Walkinshaw Group entered the market looking for a brand-new facility to operate their automotive design and engineering firm from, ESR knew they had the perfect existing asset.
Working closely with Walkinshaw Group, ESR were able to demonstrate the potential of 71 Whiteside Road while also offering flexibility at all levels, from floorplans to lease terms.
